Called during afternoon and they were here the following morning. Did an amazing job! Had to replace several items, including the springs. Reasonably priced! Service tech did a great job, was courteous, explained everything well, and got everything done in an hour! Very happy with the fast, professional response. Our first time using them and will definitely call them again when needed! Highly recommend you give them a call!
We have had a couple garage doors in our 30 years. I used to fix them myself but age has made that less fun. I would recommend this company. They are probably not the least expensive but worth it, their techs all had the right equipment and new exactly what they were doing. The first time we had a slight problem they were quick to fix it. I will not have to look for another garage door company and hope I get lucky again.
The service technician showed up on time, in uniform, and with ID. He was knowledgeable about the problem and quickly took steps to fix it. He was courteous and explained what steps I could take to keep up on simple maintenance. I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely call this company again. I highly recommend them. -SM

I could not be happier with the recent service from Precision. I called early morning and the technician ******** showed up right on schedule at 10:30,with a smile on his face. The problem was analyzed and the work performed in a very timely and professional manner. I would certainly call them again for service.
Fast response. Tech arrived right on time, was exceptionally professiona, knowledgeable and courteous. Was surprised how quickly the work on 3 garage doors was completed. Totally impressed! With the lady that did the scheduling thru to the next day follow-up. The epitome of customer service.
Excellent customer service. The tech was knowledgable and explained the difference between a chain vs belt lift system. They also assisted with the app setup to open your garage doors from your smart phone. Overall great expierence and affordable pricing. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends
One of the springs of my garage door broke on a saturday night. I called a couple of places, but only Precision door service answered right away. They were professionally on the phone and got someone out the next day. They did offered emergency service, but we really did not needed it. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, and professional.
