We reserved a house for the last full week of July. The house itself, was basically what one expect in that particular price range, aside from some minor issues. The problem is Elliott Rentals billing an additional charge and claiming damage to the property almost 2 weeks after we departed. The claim from Elliott is that we essentially ripped the storm door from the threshold on the front of the home, then left it laying against the porch railing. When guest come into the units they usually let us know about any issues that are going on in the unit, mainly so that they do not get charged for it. Our policy is to charge the guest that has departed for any damage if they have not reported it. We did see that the issue was resolved, and again we apologize for misunderstanding.
In April my wife and I decided to give us a 1 year out time due to many month taking care of all needed Treatments and Physical therapy my wife was undergoing. One morning my wife woke up and was blind and unable to speak. On top her mobility was gone. Paralyzed from her neck down. House was disgusting and not cleaned. I called the company and they told me they could not refund our cleaning fees. I told them that I was not happy with that due to the fact that we had to clean the house. The front porch was not swept. Rugs were full of sand. Inside, the floors were extremely dirty. If I could leave negative stars I would. When we first rented this unit in the fall of 2021 for June of 2022 it was owned by someone else. We received a message that since it had changed ownership we would need to cancel our reservation and redo it because of this. Honestly this should have been the first warning of impending issues. Horrible Accommodations! The room was unfit for anyone. Filthy soiled furniture , non working AC, poor customer service . Holes in walls, ceiling, unit has not been cleaned! Elliot Beach Rentals should be ashamed!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! $6500 USD Rental for a week in May and the deficiencies in the home and pool are endless. Upon arrival pool has algae and mold growing on the sides and bottom and is green as the grass, a haven for infection for small kids! I will start by saying if I can give this place no stars I would. Elliot beach rentals doesn't even deserve one star. We had a reservation in Baywatch Tower 2 , 17th floor from 4/9/22-4/17/22. We drove 13 hours from NY for a vacation to have the people next to us smoking the entire time. When In fact it is a no smoking property and it is posted all over. I rented a unit at Emerald Cove !-2c from the week of March 12th.I chose this unit because of an elevator and a hot tub. Neither one of them worked although they gave us a code for the pool area where the pool had garbage in it .I was refunded 100.00 for no elevator. The condo was extremely dirty, under the furniture were cups, paper, tissue etc. We cleaned the outside of the cupboards of grease.
