Inside the kitchen draws & pantry were dirty. /r/nFound other peoples knee pads, socks, etc (dusty), plus weeks of *********** in the unit. /r/nThe mattress covers had dirt & dried body fluids on them. /r/nI dont think the balcony has been washed in weeks. /r/nThis place needs a deep cleaning.

Horrible service. When we arrived the office was closed. Had to call a number to get our code. Called for literally 25 minutes not a single soul would answer. Finally get someone on the phone and get our code. When we arrive at our rental the parking spot we were given was extremely small and couldnt fit our regular sized pickup. Why is the BBB not doing anything about this company? Everyone seems to be having the same issues. They have loop hole after loop hole to take your money. You give them a down payment and they somehow end up with it, you cancel with sufficient time to re-rent the property at the same price and then they take 95% of your money and someone elses. I have a long review that i posted on Yelp and i can't post it here because it says its too long and there is nothing I can cut out. The Shell Yeah LUXURY house that was advertised and they were going to rent to us was disugsting..dirty wet towels, laundry, filthy stained mattresses, filthy floors and the icing on the cake was the cockroach running around on the mattress when we went to make the beds..go and read my reivew on YELP...stay away from this company..they don't check on the houses they rent out!

BEWARE OF ELLIOTT BEACH RENTALS. In May, we booked for the entire month of October at Baywatch 3. We were in the area in August and stopped in to see that property. We were surprised that the public areas of the property were not well maintained. Upon seeing the unkempt quality, we called and cancelled our reservation. The property was re-rented 26 of the 31 days that we had reserved, so I expected to received my down-payment of $900 as a refund, less the $100 cancellation fee. We submitted a review on a luxury rental that we rented 7/20/24..pineapple palace. In ***********************************. This luxury rental had major issues..mold, cracked windows, inoperable hot tub, inoperable stovetop, leaking freezer/ice maker, etc. to name a few. Our review was never posted. Last re *** on property was March 2024. ****** purposely withholding negative reviews to get property rented. Elliott did not resolve to our standard during or after our stay.

Just frustrated at this point because no one at Elliott seems to care. Ive filled out their We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. How can we improve? , emailed and called. And they have not responded or with the call were of no help because I didnt call them immediately to tell them my unit was filthy.
