Great location! We checked in and the house was clean and beds made (our last rental made us get linens from a bag and make our own beds). Kitchen was well equipped and organized (every drawer and cabinet labeled, which made finding items very simple). Overall, house and furniture were in good condition. We all agreed this was the nicest house we've rented so far. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We will be booking this house for next year's family vacation!

Our family stayed at a beach condo over Christmas time into the new year, the place was clean and had a lot of space for our family. we enjoyed the indoor pool. The condo also has a geat view of the ocean. Our family enjoyed this so much and loved being in one place. We are now going to start doing this every year. Thanks Elliott.

We rented ***************** Penthouse 3 for the entire month of November 2025, described as a luxury penthouse 3 BR, 3 BA, on the beach. Dirt crunched under our feet, then when we lifted our feet they stuck to the floor. The kitchen and bathroom floors were covered in black sticky dirt. The place was disgustingly filthy. HORRIBLE COMPANY to work with!! Second year in a row we were given a dirty, infested, misrepresented rental with little disregard for our concerns, rude staff and MINIMAL compensation back!! We will NEVER use ****** BEACH RENTALS AGAIN!!

********** with a great view. But, very dirty! Couldnt use any of the kitchen appliances except the oven. Inside the kitchen draws & pantry were dirty. /r/nFound other peoples knee pads, socks, etc (dusty), plus weeks of *********** in the unit. /r/nThe mattress covers had dirt & dried body fluids on them. /r/nI dont think the balcony has been washed in weeks. /r/nThis place needs a deep cleaning.

Horrible service. When we arrived the office was closed. Had to call a number to get our code. Called for literally 25 minutes not a single soul would answer. Finally get someone on the phone and get our code. When we arrive at our rental the parking spot we were given was extremely small and couldnt fit our regular sized pickup. We spend another 15 minutes trying to get someone on the phone. They tell us theres nothing we can do. Mind you there was nothing about the TINY parking spots.
