Travel all the way from ******* for a room that I booked month ago. Looking forward to enjoying the beach with my family and had my elderly parents that couldn't do stairs. So they put me at beach colony 412. Once I arrived I knew it was going to be issue. The door was open not lock. When I opened the door the smell was horrible. For the past I say 4 or 5 years my family and I have used Elliott Beach Rentals and we have always stayed at pretty nice places but this year this year was not the same. We stayed at the **************** condo unit 901 and it was just bad from the start. First we check in around 3:30ish and they tell me the room is still being cleaned and thats fine with me. Terrible. Aboslutey terrible. The house we rented was *****************************************. When we arrived the pool deck was scatterd with dirty clothing, soaking wet shoes and 2 bags worth of trash. We were advised by the pool company not to use the pool due to needing shocked and a missing drain cover on the bottom. The house had dry wall tape falling from the ceiling above the counter top, the ceiling was leaking water, one of the showers had no doors, the pool table was unuseable because the felt was torn, the air ... read more

I have attempted to leave 2 reviews for Elliott under the listing for ***** feet retreat. They refuse to post my review or even get back to me. June 22 we arrived at our rental which was absolutely filthy. Figured we would try and make the best of it for the kidsuntil we were going to bed that night we found USED NEEDLES and an accu check blood test strip right beside the nightstand/bed. So disappointed. I rented a unit from Elliott Beach Rentals through Airbnb for my familys vacation at the beach. Upon arrival to the unit around 3:00pm. We walked in to a nasty smell in the unit. Upon further inspection we found what appeared to be vomit on the headboard, down the wall and next to the bed. There were lots of hairs on the nightstand next to the bed where it had not been dusted or wiped. The refrigerator was visibly unclean and funky. The shower liner had black moldy stains on it. We went to Myrtle ********************** and stayed at The ***** HOUSE in North Cherry Grove. The cleanliness and upkeep of the home was little to none. The home was dusty, moldy in parts and unsanitary in others. Caked up dust is visible on the ceiling fans and vents. Mold is visible on venting and certain areas in bathrooms, like the a shower heads. Disgusting! There was even a crockpot in one of the bathrooms. I had pretty much put this out of mind after several months.Time to start planning next beach trip.Received my new listing book from Elliott.Reminded me not to use them againLast June we rented a unit through them.Ocean Terrace/Cherry Grove Cant remember unit number but first floor facing Ocean Blvd.The amenity list included hot tub.Dealing with a physical injury I was looking forward to the hot tub..It was out of serviceNot just broke and being repaired..Probably not in service for months..Privacy fence around it was collap... read more

I rented a condo for three months, 22/1 to 2/29. I have this unit once before with no issues. The unit, Baywatch III unit 835 has become a little dated but acceptable. In ******** add of the unit it stated 'laundry available. In my rental agreement under the amenities it stated " laundry room on 1st floor. Baywatch has been doing renovations and totally closed down the laundry room on 1st floor and recommended using the one in building 1. We rented ambassador 205 and we're moved to the oasis. Both houses get same review: Horrible!! Dirty, literally hasn't been cleaned in at least a year. Fans had dust hanging off the blades, the walls, cabinets and every surface was grimy and greasy. The light fixtures had years worth of dust on them. Toilets had urine on the sides. The laundry room had a bucket full of mold. The washing machine was dirtier than any clothes you'd want to wash. Old empty water bottles in the cupboards.
