They are not very handicapped/elderly friendly. Once you leave the lobby, there is not only no restrooms, but no seating down the halls.
Nice to have a theater close by that is not a Marcus or AMC. Very good staff. It's nice how they will bring you your hot food right to your seat. Very spacious and clean. Have been there 3 times in the last 2 month and definitely will be back. My only complaint as of now is no free refill on small popcorn, for the price, come they could give 1 refill on 🍿.

Very disappointed in one staff member in particular at the theater. And older white lady that appears to be a supervisor or manager. I went to the customer service desk and asked her to turn down the air in one of the theaters and I got a lame excuse about oh they can't control the temperature but she can sell me a fucking blanket! Theater was fine along with food. However, a customer came in the theater in the middle of the movie with her kids. She had her iPhone flashlight on and was talking very loud. My mother asked her to stop talking so loud but she continued for another few minutes. Very disrespectful.
I will never go back to Marcus again. It felt very different from literally every theater I've been to. Also, there is a bar. With actual cocktails. And beer.
RecommendedSeats are nice & comfy, place is neat & clean, however, popcorn was old and awful. For the price, could it at least be fresh & hot?
The theatre was overall fine. However, I left the movie I was watching when another customer had their phone out and was receiving messages causing the notification light to flash bright white every few minutes. I informed the staff the row and seat number and all they did was peak in and saw nothing at that moment. If they had waited a few minutes, they would have seen how annoying it is in a dark theatre to see the flash go off during a movie. Ruined a relaxing birthday present with the family.
