Love the concept of the recliners, bar, and freshly prepared food. Manager was friendly and very accessible. Food quality was good but was only warm after waiting 30 minutes for it to arrive at our seats. We purchased a BBQ chicken pizza, the pretzel bites, and chicken quesadilla. My wife asked for no jalapeño peppers but it was made with peppers. I returned to have the problem resolved and I was assured that the food would be remade and brought to us right away. The seats were very comfortable the theater was clean. I didn't care for the food I ordered pizza it was extremely burnt but they gave me a refund. The pop machines were out so they gave you a complimentary small drink. I did order popcorn it was good they had a variety of flavors. I will go back when everything is up and running maybe this was just an off day.

It was our first time there and we could not find anyone to answer questions. The popcorn was horrible, stale. And the concession prices were ridiculously high compared to other theaters We will probably not come back.

The theater is beautiful. However, in the middle of our movie, the spotlights in the theater turned on. They were on for a good 2 minutes. You were unable to see the screen let alone concentrate on the movie you were watching. There was not a single employee around after the movie ended. Also, the website says that you can have drinks delivered to your seat. However, upon asking about it, we found out that you only get your first drink delivered AFTER you order it from the bar. Beautiful theater only thing I suggest is if it's raining out and your in theater #9 seat F13, bring an umbrella the roof leaks. Needless to say I sat through the rest of the movie wet and cold ;(
