I am an avid movie watcher, watching around 30-40 movies a year in the theater. I am a big fan of AMC because of how easy it is to book tickets, reserve your seat, and receive free products via their rewards program. Went and saw beauty and the beast last night at 830pm. First date night with the husband in a year. Theater was nice and clean. Just wish the ushers did something about the 2 - 50yr old woman in my row who talked the ENTIRE movie. One of the woman's phone went off ringing during the movie as well. Really nice!! Definitely put a damper in a rare night out.

Nice place. Nice crowd. Horrible food service. Horrible lines. Manager was nice, but also snide. Their pretzel bites are fried and not baked...like everywhere I have ever been. Can't have fried food so we were given bosco sticks because they are baked...something that costs less that what we had originally ordered. Got hosed for the difference. Take it as a loss and learning lesson. We will NOT return. ���

They forgot to give my group the 3D glasses and the general manager was very rude when I asked for them.
I hated the assigned seating because if you end next to talkers as we did! You can't move even after asking an employee even through there were seats open! Also love the bring food to you option but really annoying when the employee is walking right in front of the screen a bunch of times throughout the movie! Other then that popcorn was amazing, Bosco sticks were way over cooked, and wasn't offered sauce to go with !!! Great place, only downfall was we could hear the movie in the next theatre
Love the concept of the recliners, bar, and freshly prepared food. Manager was friendly and very accessible. Food quality was good but was only warm after waiting 30 minutes for it to arrive at our seats. We purchased a BBQ chicken pizza, the pretzel bites, and chicken quesadilla. My wife asked for no jalapeño peppers but it was made with peppers. I returned to have the problem resolved and I was assured that the food would be remade and brought to us right away.
