Mice running under my feet, and food cost to much.
Won't answer their phone, online ticket sales platform is poorly done, I don't want to drive all the way over there just to ask a question.
This was my 2nd or 3rd time visiting the Theater in Novi. The staff is friendly. My latest visit was to view Black Panther. I am not sure when the concession area setup changed...however, management should rethink/revisit this setup. It's not efficient. second time coming to you guys in recent months. However Came tonight for Black Panther and the back drop you had for pictures were HORRIBLE. A short BP cut out in front of an Emagine backdrop. You couldn't get a BP Poster or board like every other theater I'm seeing online had, and LIFE size cut outs (I've taken pics with other hero movies shows with real cutouts) again even a big poster would have done.
I am only giving a 1 star review as 0 stars is not an option. I came in today with my boyfriend to see forever my girl which is in limited theatres nationwide. When we arrived the ticket seller refused to give us seats together and had a bad attitude. Needless to say we are not sitting separate for a movie on a date night to celebrate my birthday. We will be going to Midland to see this movie just to avoid emagine. It was my first and last time ever setting foot in an emagine.
If this were only a review about the new seats it would be a 5 start review, however new comfortable reclining seats does not make up for everything bad that had changed here. You now have to select an “assigned” seat and because of that paying for two people to sit side by side separately on the kiosk was impossible as it would not let me leave “one seat,” but when we went up to the human at the cash register we could do it no problem. I visited this theatre yesterday evening and seen two movies , totaling almost 70$ and I was double charged for both after ordering tickets online ... when I went to guest services the young woman explained to me that “oh that’s happened to a few customers this evening the money should be back on your card by tomorrow” I get up this morning there is still no reimbursement of the two double charges ... I didn’t like the concessions areas. The lines were unorganized and the individuals working popcorn concessions were very slow and inattentive to the customers. The bar area was even worse. We just wanted a cup of coffee. Their were 2 people working behind the bar and the line was really long. One of the 2 employees allowed a woman take her dear sweet time tasting every beer they had which took forever. We were not impressed! However the new theater was Awesome!
