I’m very disappointed in the lack of preparation this theater had for the clientele that was coming to support a premier movie. The movie had a deaf actress and the deaf community was out to support her but could not enjoy the movie because there was no closed captioning for it. For shame. I will not visit this theater again.

The movie experience was great .But we ordered food from the concession stand and after an hour wait .They gave our food to someone else.We got hot food .But I was hungry..Besides that Emagine was great❤️
Loved the atmosphere and everyone that works there was really nice! Problem is, i don’t like having to wait in 2 separate lines for concessions and when our movie started there was no sound for the first 10 minutes of trailers (which are my husbands favorite!), and nothing was done until the guy sitting next to us said something to one of the employees who brought us our food. The recliner seats were wonderful and the theater was clean. I did not like the concession set up. The long line to check out crossed in front of the popcorn line and people couldn’t get around. There were 4 cashiers working but it still moved really slowly. Prices and combos were not advertised. I kept watching the TVs above the popcorn stand but they just advertised the poppin olive popcorn. I had to get out of the check out line to get candy because that was off to the side and I didn’t see it. People didn’t know where... read more

When I arrived for the 9:30 A.M. showing of Black Panther, while waiting in line behind a total of 4 people it flashed on the screen that viewing was already sold out. So I had to get the next show time at 10:00 A.M and I barely got into that one. On top of that the lady at the ticket line selected my seat for me and was not given the option to select my own seat. If you have multiple showings of a film that is playing almost every 2 hours all day long I don't see the need to buy tickets on line or pre-order them. I like the... read more
