My husband was recently a patient at this facility. I can't believe how much the overall atmosphere and care has improved since he was there a year and a half ago. The facility seems to have added staff and changed policies and attitudes. I was told they are under new management and it is obvious that the new group cares about patients, not just profits The therapists were professional, yet compassionate. Having a car accident and needing PT, it has been a four month battle dealing with the COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT staff OF ENCOMPASS OUTPATIENT OF BRAINTREE who cannot even bother to pick up the phone. If they are this big of fail administratively, you don't want to go there for any type HEALTHCARE. Four months plus and now the rep tells me she asked for my claim information, which she did not. She placed me on another six week waitlist only for me to call back having to prove she NEVER ASKED FOR THIS INFOMATION - NOW REMOVED... read more

I've been here less than 4 hours and I want to leave already . This place sucks. All I want to do is to go home they're refusing to let me go home they're holding me hostage here . Don't go anywhere near this place .

This was the worst healthcare facility we've collectively experienced. The people (aside from one part timer) at the desk is the beginning of your horrible experience. It doesn't get better from there. The facility is DIRTY. They don't have properly working HVAC or sinks. They don't provide soap in the bathrooms at all times. In my mother's two week stay with me visiting at different times every single day, I did not see ONE maintenance worker or janitorial worker. I'm not sure if they have them. Nothing I have experienced could have prepared me for a stay at Encompass after a few days in NE Baptist Hospital Surgical ICU. Everything was a clown show. My room was disgusting, with the bathroom a disgusting mess with the john covered in human feces. In addition to this, the staff at Encompass were ill-equipped to put together an effective pain management schedule. Every minute stress and anxiety levels were out of control. My husband was admitted after a long stay at Beth Israel Hospital. He was on dialysis and this was what we thought was a good option for him. He was over-medicated and went by ambulance to South Shore Hospital where he was in a coma for a week. He never really recovered at South Shore because they never got him up out of bed and was released to a nursing home on Cape Cod. He passed away after 4 days because they said he fell out of bed. Not possible because he could not even feed himself as he had no strength.
