Get directionsmy grandson was there for about a week. the therapy staff was top notch, but nursing and tech's response time was the worst I've ever seen. my grandson ended up with a couple of really bad rashes due to failed hygiene. once it took them an hour and a half to clean him up after he soiled himself. we complained several times but things didn't improve, so we moved him to another facility. we are much happier here.

Second time has an impatient as they have top-notch nursing and therapy personnel. I did discharge with equipment, which I discovered to be wrong when I got home. Wheelchair arms way too short to push off from onto my walker and my walker is too tall to shorten as I am only 5'1" I spoke with my case manager a few times who agreed to see if we could get equipment from a different DME company, but then I spoke with her later on in the week and she told me that since I discharged, there was nothing they could do for me to rect... read more

Jan in admissions has been very difficult to work with. We have been working to get my Grandmother in for a month and have been told completely incorrect info by Jan several times. She just told us that she is closing our Grandma's referral after 3 days because she hasn't heard back from insurance but we called her insurance and they stated she submitted the request standard not urgent which takes 14 days. She clearly never wanted to admit my Grandma in the first place. I would like her supervisor to contact me.

My Mother was moved from the hospital to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of East Valley on Monday, 7/19.21. On Tuesday, 7/20/21, my wife and I went to visit her. My wife was checked in first and when I tried to check in, I was tole there is a 2 visitor limit per patient per day, so I could not see her. On Wednesday, 7/21/21, my wife was out shopping and stopped by to check on her.
