I had Covid last December and was transferred from the hospital to Encompass. I didn't know what to expect but have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I was treated well and my physical therapists were excellent. Everyone was friendly, kind and considerate. Don't know why I took so long to write this review. I was discharged December 30th almost a year ago. If I ever need rehab again, I would choose to go back to Encompass again.

This place is good, in general, but with some changes, could be five stars. From my previous experiences with rehab for other family members, the physical therapy was generally excellent but other aspects of operations and patient care were spotty. - The front desk workers provide an outstanding first impression. I cannot say enough about this facility. From the facility itself, to the food, to the staff, to the therapy. My son spent 3 weeks here in October/November, and made such great progress it was mind-blowing. Clay, Jason, Sarah, & Liz KILLED it on the Therapy side! Gary & Company delivered excellent food and service! John, Lisa, Justin, & everyone else on the nursing staff were nothing short of amazing. Joy, Megan, & the rest of the Admin staff were also excellent. Not sure what is up with the small # of negative reviews, but ... read more

Jessica and Tyler are expert occupational and physical therapists. They gave me the ability to function independently at home, after my stroke. Many other employees were helpful along the way, including Teresa.Theresa. Thanks to all!

Mom fell again. Due to the nature of it the hospital said a skilled nursing facility was not enough. This was one of the options they gave us, and I received a recommendation for them, so this is where she went. The facility looks like a hospital. The room was relatively spacious with features typical of a hospital. Mom said the staff was great. From my limited interactions with them I would say they seemed on top of things.
