This place has waffling schedules, incompetent business staff and worse very stressed out medical staff. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! Beds were rarely made and then with holey worn out sheets. We had to bring our own towels to ensure having a clean one!!! Wash rags were practically non-existent! My husband had both knees replaced and couldn't depend on staff to bring pain meds with out constant reminders that they were necessary before rehab therapies! HORRIBLE PLACE - if you love your family, do not come here!

My father recently completed a course of rehab at this hospital. The therapists were competent and caring, and the administrators were very helpful. However, the hands-on people---nursing staff, techs, etc. left much to be desired. The night staff particularly had no bedside manners whatsoever and were rough with my elderly father. Many of the staff spoke broken English at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone! A relative went there after a major surgery and she was sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours in a wheelchair before putting her in her room. This whole time she was denied her scheduled medicines and was not offered dinner. While being there for a week they only completed 4 hours of actual rehabilitation, the rest of the time was spent being ignored by the staff. Do not bring your loved ones here!

Don't put your relatives there! Don't go there yourself! You will regret it. It used to be a great place, but has gone downhill. The physical and occupational therapy is good, however, therapists are overworked, meaning they cannot give patients the attention they would like to. My 84-year old Mother couldn't get her bed changed or nurses to answer her calls. When she asked to have a shower, the nurse told her to wait until the next shift comes on board.
