My husband went to St. David's Round Rock within the last couple days. He has been sick so long. He is very weak. This woman approached us at 10 or 11 at night.Explained their services were perfect for him. Desperate, tired I talk him into going. Finally he agrees. That hope was soon gone. He is put in a room. Nothing to eat or drink was offered. He asked for a urinal they left the room. Never returned. He is too weak to do much. Peed on himself. Buzzed the red button. No one came. He had to lay in his own urine for 8 hours... read more

I have left several messages for case workers and nurses (Katrina, Maria, Amber) about a mutual patient (needing general info regarding their transportation of patients to other facilities) and have yet to receive a call back. I would hate to have my family member admitted here, and not be able to get any simple answers. This is causing a huge delay in patient care.

My mother in law was here, and at first she was here for a supposed fibular frature, but after therapy she was doing better at trying to slide board and get around to potty seat. She had restrictions on her weight bearing and they were attempting to get the doctor who sent her there to remove the restrictions so they wanted to do new x-rays. Upon doing new x-rays they determined that both the tibia and fibula were completely broke, thus prompting surgery to place a rod in the Tibia. After she returned to the facility after ... read more

My mom was at Encompass for two weeks. Our biggest problem was that they didn't follow through with what they told us. For example that they would help with video calls.. This never was offered. They barely had time to help her with phone calls. We couldn't get updates from the nurses about how she was doing. You call the nurses station and the phone just rings. She seemed to regressed while she was there. They let her decide if she would participate or not so she didn't. The last day she was there she had slid down in her w... read more

John Southern I'M GONNA TELL Y'ALL A STORY OR TWO. I did meet a couple of competent and nice nurses during my stay. The rehab was a joke, I needed a little help with balance and walking. I spent most of my time in my room unless they took me by wheelchair to group meetings??????? The first one appeared to be an AA meeting which I told a couple of jokes to I believe was a few elder over medicated guys and about 30 minutes after that a guy in a suit came to my room and chatted for a minute and left his card...he was a psychiat... read more
