I DO NOT an account with **********************. I have NEVER had an account with them. I received a letter from them stating I needed to send money to continue my coverage. I believe this is a scam. According to their website, this company is not even a member of the Better Business Bureau.

WHEN I SPOKE TO ALLY, SHE STATED THAT ENDURANCE WOULD COVER ALL REPIRS.SHE ALSO, TOLD ME OF HER EXPERINCED WITH ENDURANCE AND THAT THIS IS A GOOD VEHICLE WARRANTY.ENDURANCE PAID FOR NO REPAIRS.PRICE, I PAID WAS $3,138.00 AND ENDURANCE NEVER PAID FOR ANY REPAIRS.

Predatory soliciting. This company mass mails anyone and everyone, purporting to hold a vehicle service contract with the targeted individual. They are marketing themselves using "Important Vehicle Information" that is entirely false. Their letter uses using phony time-urgency and price-increase urgency wording to scare the recipient into believing that a nonexistent warranty plan will expire, but that a limited-time offer will benefit the recipient. They are not good business.there are fraud dint want pay claims where there are file lie about everything don't want cancel your contract and five you your money back bad for business need to be closed down for good never to reopen

They're a bunch of fakers as my grandma would say. I have to get a notarized document to cancel services? Is this a joke? They're only doing this to make it harder for people to cancel so it'll take longer or people will just forget about it. I've NEVER had to notarize something to cancel it. NEVER!!!! It's ridiculous. I have to leave work early, lose hourly pay, just to take care of this silliness. There is no reason this needs to be done. No other business I've canceled in the past made me do this. I have sent 3 requests in writing to be off their mailing list. I am NOT their customer, never have been. They are advising me my extended warranty is going up in price. They are after the "senior citizen" demographic and trying to get money out of us, their scare tactics DO NOT WORK with me. I may be a senior citizen, but I do not fall for their tactics. I am filing this complaint, in hope the BBB can get them to remove my name and address from their mailing and phone call list.

Let me start by saying my car has been held up in the repair shop by this company for weeks for a multitude of reasons ( they can't reach the shop to make appointments, someone said the transmission isn't torn down yet, someone will be out in ***** hours ((it took 2 weeks)) they need another invoice, they can't reach the warranty person).Most of these aren't true or even necessary.
