I have received 3 unsolicited letters from this company's ************************* which intimates that I have a service plan that will soon experience a price increase. I refuse to contact the company because this appears to be a scam. It is important to avoid this type of unethical behavior at all costs.The company is receiving 1 star because that is the minimum required by BBB to post my review.
I bought a contract with this company. After 3 phone calls, manager authorization to send coverage card and coverage booklet, and 5 months of payments I decided they weren't the company they advertised. Weren't through their cancelation procedure and 1 year and 1 month have not received refund, but have received many excuses and offers at a discounted rate to continue service with them. My opinion is do not work with them and they should not be allowed to ever do business.
I dont think they even deserve 1 star. Not very helpful and really bad on communicating
I have the level 4 coverage. I had a broken intake valve spring and they said I had to submit the last 3 service records. They gave me an email address that had a full inbox so the email I sent bounced back. This delayed the claim 4 additional days and I'm paying a rental this whole time. When they reviewed my service records they denied my claim since some of the records were handwritten by the shop that performed the work! Do not trust Endurence! They straight up stole our money. We opened a policy and asked every question under the sun. Their answer was just pay the deductible and you truck will be fixed. So we took the bait. Everything was fine for 7 months then my truck broke down. My 2006 **** F-150 lost oil pressure. We had it towed to the garage. The garage contacted Endurence and they sent an inspector out. The inspector agreed that it was a faulty motor part, so we had to provide the last 3 oil changes which had to be within the odomet... read more
Your sending my 12 tear old daughter mail about increasing her extended vehicle warranty! She doesn't drive yet!
PURCHASED LEVEL 4 warranty, exclusionary.. endurance is denying my claim due to owners manual ************* change maintenance i have had the car and warranty for 6 months and everytime ive taken my car to a dealership ive had to come out of pocket due to the warranty not covering something.. Complete scam artists!
Endurance Dealer Services sent ** a letter explicitly worded to indicate (1) we already had an extended automobile warranty plan with them and (2) we needed to contact them within a few days to lock in "Loyalty Pricing" because they were about to raise their rates. Since companies often buy smaller companies, merge with one another, or simply change names, we checked to see if our extended warranty was with Endurance -- which it was not and had never been. Endurance sent a letter to my home address, but addressed to my mother's name, who resides in a different state. I don't know how they got our information. The letter was clearly predatory advertising, claiming that there would be a "price increase" to their service plans and that "after that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle."
