If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would every time I go to make a payment to them. I cant get in because its always the wrong account number. Then they expect me to sit there on hold for three hours waiting for them to come on to make a payment. Im not doing that.. They canceled me once and I had to pay $400 to reinstate, Well, not this time Endurance I am canceling you. You guys ****.

2/24 moved to NM b/c 84 father. 4/24 purchased 2013 ****** ****************** 1Owner ********************** w/All services/detail done at ****** dealership other than presale. Purchased Endurance Warranty 4yr/40k extended warranty. Told to drive alot 1st month. No issues except 1st fuel-dash lights went off, immediately called ****** Santa Fe, told take fuel cap off, clean it, put back on, reset & told to drive. Car perfect. I bought a new 2020 vehicle and got this extended warranty to start after the 3 yr one from the factory. Well the 3 yrs came and then Endurance cancelled my 5 yr extended warranty and told me I had to pay to keep it going, thats $1600 added to the loan which was ****** away, seems like fraud to me. So I got a an activation letter so I called them and told me I was NO LONGER covered. These people have been a pain in my a** for the last 2 months! They call me everyday on some dam auto dialering thing that show a different number every time. If l do answer they try to sell me warranty for a vehicle l don't even have.. Then they ask well what are you driving. That is known of there business There are days l get up 7 calls from them. I have asked them repeatly to stop and take me off there call list and asked them what the name of there business is but they won't say and it doesn't do any good. I am so sick ... read more

Went into shop to file my first claim it got denied because it was so called pre existing issue. Company is a scam doesnt tell this extra information when purchasing the contract, I want a refund or problem resolved.
******** surprised to find out the conditions to file your first claim. Your agent repeated several times about 30 days but failed to add the 1000 mile minimum also. Hopefully this will not cost me much if anything at all. Still have 30 days to cancel and take my business elsewhere.

Endurance is a scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE!! They look for ways not to pay claims and they are extremely slow and unprofessional. I had purchased warranties on both cars. They denied the claim to my Camry after it took them a week and a half to go and see the vehicle at the shop, which I had to beg them to do. I canceled that policy but kept the policy on my Traverse. I have been a customer of ********************** Warrenty since March 2023. I have had 3 claims denied in the last 4 months. The last one was for $4400. I have paid out of pocket $3500 so far. Now they denied my claim for a cam carrier and oil leak pan. I called customer ********************** and spoke to *****. He was very rude, condescending and told me to be quite while he talks. I have 2017 **** Explorer with a 3.6 Ecoboost engine. I became a member of Endurance Warranty in November of 2023. In March or 2024, I had a water pumpgo out. I took my vehicle to my mechanic to identify the issue and contact Endurance. My mechanic advised Endurance that the water pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The endurance adviser informed my mechanic that her needed to know exactly what had failed in the pump.
