Do not waste your money or your time. This business is built on false pretenses and on top of that, we as customers, are suppose to react to the personal problems of the employees, yet we pay for services that are not rendered, treated poorly, talked to rudely, and brushed aside with no care or concern. I regret I ever bought into this.
I purchased an extended warranty with Endurance on my 2017 Buick on 8/17/2021. After talking with my spouse we decided to cancel the contract on 8/23/2012. The ************ is stated as 30 days to receive a full refund on my deposit. So I was well within the time frame for cancellation. This was one of the worst sales experiences that Ive ever had. I purchased a warranty contract July 2021. The original salesman was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. He told me that I could sign up for the warranty and could get a refund if I was not happy with my purchase within 30 days. I received my packet in the mail. Dont waste your money with Endurance; they advertise that they will pay to replace this part( water pump, starter, etc. ) but in reality they refuse claims. Called for refund and the person was rude and snappy and yes I got snappy back with her.
I've never done business with this company. They keep sending me mail, calling me oh, and trying to email me. They won't leave me alone
Sold a $4500.00 warranty contract to 76 year old with Alzheimer's over the phone. Sigh..... sales should be ashamed of this practice.
So far no issues got a 5 yr warranty only paying on it for 3 yrs. Covers transmission, engine ALL OF THAT
I purchased the Gold plan on 4/19/2021 which is to expire on 4/19/2024 or at ******* miles. I have not reached the expiration mileage nor have I missed any payments however, my 2012 GMC ****** needs transmission work however the policy holder *************** is denying claim because they need documentation showing we had the transmission fluids changed in the past.
