This company tried to mislead me by telling me my warranty will no longer cover my vehicle and that if I dont pay the deposit imidently they will charge more for the maintenance of my vehicle. After listening to him I realized he was trying to sell me the exact warranty I already have with the dealership. He would not answer my question if he was my current warranty holder or trying to get a new customer. If I could give 0 stars I would. Getting them to cover anything is next to impossible and will do anything they can to get out of it. Cancelling is a joke with them and they will give you the complete run around to make it harder. I've had to pay for everything to get fixed on my car because they didnt like the wording that the dealer used. Waste of a company who also isnt taking care of my type of vehicles anymore (GMC) which they refused to disclose but continued taking my money. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Sales department do not fully disclose early contract termination!!!!Do your home work when it comes to canceling your policy early. If you sell your vehicle to a private party you will not get a prorated refund back due to the requirements in the contract. Mainly requiring legal documents before your sell.( jumping through a lot of hoops) Endurance does this so they can keep your money!!!! WILL NEVER GET A CONTRACT FROM THEM AGIAN!!!

In April of *********************************************** a warrenty on a 2013 ****** Altima. He was very pushy but I finally gave in. The monthly payments were over a $100.00. Month later I decided I could not afford it and called to cancel. The lady said my **** was too high and lowered the payment to under a hundred dollars. WARNING WARNING WARNING! Save yourself time, money and frustrations DO NOT purchase an extended warranty for your car from this company. I did without doing my due diligence and it has cost me TIME, MONEY and FRUSTRATIONS! They are good at convincing you to sign up and taking your monthly payments. We received a mailing from them. In summary: (1) It was worded as if they have specific information on our vehicle(s),...which they probably didn't. If they did, they would know I am not in need of an extended warrantee. (2) It was worded as if we are a current customer,...which we are not. I called to get a quote and this was the only warranty company that answered the phone without putting me on hold for twenty minutes. I spoke to a very nice man who seemed to know a lot about the warranty and I was ready to get serious. Then he puts me on hold and gets the the 'closer' on the phone who told me that for this one time only call, he will give me a discount. I asked what it was and he put me on hold. Endurance told me that if I didn't want my warranty before 30 days I get a full refund when I got my refund I'm $20 short because they have an activation fee that's non-refundable I think that's terrible I can't afford to give big businesses $20
