This company has previously sent letters saying that, after Oct 31, 2021, they will no longer honor the Service Contract on my husband's 2017 vehicle. First of all, they never had a Service Contract on this vehicle. Secondly, this vehicle was turned back to the lessor some time ago and, thirdly, Endurance has been previously contacted telling them to remove my husband's name and address from their database. I received a letter claiming my extended warranty price will be raised by $150 to $500 dollars in the year 2021. I called the dealership where i bought my new vehicle and they told me ENDURANCE has been sending the same letters out to a lot of people that have called and complaint to them. Dealership state to just disregard them they don't use ENDURANCE Extended Warranty Service.

this company attempted to ******* me into getting an extended warranty. they called and sent letters telling me my warranty was being canceled based on a mistake made by the dealership. this wanted a $267 payment immediately and informed that i would have to pay $150 a month for 30 months. the representative was rude and unprofessional. he informed that i had to do the deal today or he would send documentation reporting that i declined the coverage. he informed that this cause a $300 increase in my monthly payment on my vehi... read more

Do not do business with Edurance Auto Warranty. I bought a 2008 **** F150 with ******* miles on it in January of 2021. I decided to get an auto warranty on it because it was an older vehicle with ******* miles. ***** about ************************************************************************* stop. My experience with this business was the worst. They send me false advertisement re: my vehicle and whe I called them to get clarification and tell them to stop sending me advertisements, they lied and were very rude. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Completely untrustworthy.

I requested a quote from Endurance for an extended warranty on my new car purchase. I got a call today and it was from *******-****. I immediately became suspicious because they are not located in the ********, ****** area. When I asked the representative how they have a local number for a business not in the area, he stated "that's above my paygrade." I purchased my extended warranty 8/7/20 Since that time I have never needed to use my warranty until 2weeks ago. My timing chain on my Cadillac SRX broke, with this type of engine when a timing chain breaks the pistons and valve get destroyed. I contacted Endurance to put a claim in. Nothing but grief! First they said my account was not up to date. Come to find out I was .56 cents behind. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The hassle and run around they provide to their customers. They spend more time placing you on hold that actually resolving the issue. I purchase warranty 07/12/21 and submitted a claim this month because my vehicle had a sudden issue. The rep explained to me there was a mileage discrepancy. I ask how and she then explained based on what they saw on Carfax. When checking Carfax it clearly says estimated miles. **MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE **I purchased a 2008 audi within the year so I decided to purchase an extended warranty through Endurance. Nine months into the policy, a check engine light came on so I brought to a reputable audi dealership. Some of the repairs were within and outside of the motor.
