I took the Insurance from this company for my vehicle and when i reviewed the policy i was not satisfied to continue with them and i was trying to cancel within the month. But no one responded to me and i sent an email to the agent who approached me to update vehicle information but she did not take my request to cancel. TOTAL SCAM!! LIE AND LIE!! YOU WILL PAY A MONTHLY **** TO ENDURANCE AND WHEN IT COMES TIME TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED THEY WILL NOT PAY YOUR MECHANIC DIRECT OR REIMBURSE YOU IN ANYWAY!!!

I had requested a quote for my 2008 Land Rover LR3 I was getting calls from them every couple hours and text messages also about getting the extended warranty. I finally got them to quit calling me every couple hours and there is one rep that keeps bugging me about the warranty her name is *** or at least thats what she goes by. I missed the last call From her so I called back and I was told they dont cover any land rovers. I asked for her managers name and she refused to give that to me or their phone number. When I took out this policy I was assured I would be sent a monthly statement in order to pay the premium via check as I do not have a computer. I was assured I was set up to receive statements. Since that date I keep receiving messages that my account is past due. I call and make a payment, get an apology that I was not sent a statement and am again assured ( by many people now) that I will be receiving statements so I can make a payment by mail. I've had endurance for over a year. Paid on time every month. My vehicle is broken down with a broken transfer case and endurance has told the dealership that they have nothing to do with it even though the transfer case that broke is a part they had put in vehicle. Also extremely hard to get any information on claims. Thought this would have been a good company but I was mistaken. Also put used parts in vehicle and do not inspect it after it's worked on. Open deceit.Received a letter about raising my warranty rates for not responding to their recall notifications. I called explaining they can not raise my rates unless it is in the contract and Endurance has to show it me, to which there was a very convincing answer along with they can remove the hike by saying I never received the notices, verified there were no upgrades to the vehicle, my maintenance was up to date (they have access), and as a senior, I could add an upgrade package. i Called them to let them know that we are not interested in any of their plains at all. The young ***** who was on the other end was rude so I was rude right back I told her not to call me ever again and hung up 9 call backs later I was more then ****** off and after that she called from her privet line 18 times and then Friday Morning I revived a call from her privet Line at 5:30 A.M. in the Morning and Saturday Morning at 6:35 same thing and I have both the the Voice Mails from those calls.
