I paid ~$3,000 for an extended warrantee and Endurance did not cover an $800 repair of the diesel exhaust system. Scam! Dont get ripped-off

I got a warranty from endurance 2 days in advanced paying half of the initial payment from them before I got the vehicle reassuring me that if for any reason I didnt get the vehicle my initial fee would be refunded 100% as long as I cancel within the 14 days. After I went to see the vehicle and nothing was done I called and cancel the warranty, 2 days later I saw I was only refunded 80% of my fee. DO NOT GET THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN WITH THIS COMPANY. YES, I HAVE HAD A WARRANTY FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS FROM THEM AND WAS LUCKY ON NOT HAVING ANYTHING GO WRONG. BUT NOW WHEN IT DID THE COMPANY WON'T PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. WHAT A CROCK OF **** I WILL BE CANCELLING MY POLICY!!!
I just want to say DO NOT get this company for you for a Extended Warranty they DO NOT LIVE IP TO THEIR STANDARDS....My car has been in the shop over a week and now they want to pay for something that is covered under my ADVANTAGE package I git from them which is the highest plan they have so Why are they asking me to pay ANYTHING when they NOTHING out of pocket just my $100 deductible.......THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF IT N NOT RELIABLE AT ALL I WISH I HAVE SIGNED UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
Beware of this company, they called to say I needed to activate my insurance company and that if I didnt I would lose coverage. The letter they sent said my coverage price would increase if I did not call them. Do not trust them at all
Company took four payments of $1052.00 from me and argued with me on yesterday saying that only one payment was taken. I only had to pay one initial set up payment. My bank statements and a bank representative stated differently. I haven't seen anything like this before.
I wanted to protect my 2011 expedition with some extended coverage since my mileage was now over 100k, I checked around them out a $200 deposit on and Endurance policy along with $95 monthly payments scheduled to last for 3 years. I take my truck to a serviced and Endurance only covered a brake house all other repairs would be on me ?? Why bother with coverage then? Im canceling my policy.
