I have NO idea how this company is rated the best Car Warranty Company compared to competitors when you do a ****** search.Complaints:1. Customer ********************** is horrible (on hold way too much and way too long)2. Needed to get a High Tech item fixed on car; they wanted me to leave my car for at the least 24 - 72 hours at the repair shop because that is the "window" they can have a 3rd party Inspector come out...completely DUMB policy .... They are predatory, unprofessional, and abrasively rude. Do not purchase from them. They aren't even available during evening hours or weekends so how exactly does that support working people? Please take caution -- if their customer ********************** is weak, what happens when your car needs that so called coverage?

DENIED claim due to normal wear n tear. I spoke with the claims offfice and I asked if I had not maintained my vehicle then you would have denied it for lack of maintenance and she said yes. SOoo what am I paying for. They deny claims for absolutely o reason. If your not covered for normal wear and tear what are you covered for

2015 Challenger ****** miles, clean engine, perfect oil changes, bad lifters. Endurance denied claim claim. Dealer said it should be covered. Endurance doesn't return calls.

I took my SUV in for brakes and rotors plus a steering issue and a check engine light. The check engine light was covered by GM (thank goodness), but Endurance will not cover the steering gear for my power steering. Was told it was "just a noise and not mechanical". So I guess I have to wait until my steering goes out and I either hit another car or a tree before they will fix it. They will not fix my brakes and rotor because it's "not mechanical, it's maintainance", but will give me a $140 credit to fix just the brakes, not... read more

I took my Yukon it to have it serviced. When I dropped it off i got a rental car because the issue was major. It was a broken motor mount and something causing oil to leak. I decided to get a rental knowing it would be a few days. The dealer called Enduro and let them know about the issues. They said they would send a person out to approve the work. I filed a claim and they paid nothing, telling me I should have read my policy better. My fuel pump was cracked and not working and they would not replace it, said the seals were out,.... Not true, you must replace the seals when you replace the fuel pump. STILL WAITING ON REFUND.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***********.******************* 08/31/21

I referred my edlery mother to endurance after I purchased my warranty. I have not submitted a claim yet but my mother has. This has been a nightmare no inspector has arrived yet her car has been at the shop since Saturday. It is Wednesday my mom has 6 ****** kids now with no transportation. I spoke so highly of endurance because I thought this was a reptical company. It's to the point where we both want to cancel we pay for a warranty that is not doing right by the claims that are submitted.
