These people hounded my father via cold calling his home and duped a 97 year old man into an insurance policy. Avoid these losers and anyone associated with them at all costas

Well they told Me I'd have my refund by today 2/28/20. Well I called the and they told me now it will take up to 30 days to be refunded. It took them 1 day to take it, and they should be able to give it back in the same time period. I don't know anything about their car Protection Services because I'm ineligible for their service. But holding money they took from me for an extended period of time is unacceptable. They will not honor the contract parts and repair of your vehicle. You have to jump through hoops for them only to find out you been wasting your time and money i was in a rental car for over a week to find out they are not covering my engine repairs because my oil change receipts are not good enough to satisfy them this warranty company is a joke and definitely not worth the money. I sold a plan on my vehicle. The first time I used it on two issues I was denied. I called back and forth between the dealer and the insurance company. In the end they did not pay!! The plan higher up would have paid. ??
Terrible sales practice.... Received solicitation \ notification of price increase on extended vehicle service plan - presumably for a leased vehicle that was turned back months ago. We did not have insurance through Endurance, When contacted the service rep asked me for information on the vehicle and she could not verify what information they had. Now I am wondering if this is the same company that is making robo calls regarding our "extended warranty". Lee L

If you took it to the dealership to get fixed? If they used OEM, remanufactured, used or what was broke ?Please people ,please tell us what's really important, not what you think of the costumers service ,I just bought the SUPREME EXCLUSIONARY PLAN FROM THEM I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE PLANS .
