This business is a complete scam . After 12 phone calls and 5 hours on the phone total, Kept getting shuffled from on person to the other and was asked the same questions over and over as if they were waiting for us to give , so they would not have to pay the claim. !00% scam.

I called to find what I had covered on my wife's car. Super nice, said she would send me copy of my contract. That was 2 hours ago. I don't think I'll be getting it.

I mistakenly gave Endurance a one star review instead of the five they deserved. I talked to a representative named Jordan, he assured me that my ***** ********* would be taken care of.

Endurance has been harassing me for two years now. I dropped my warranty after two months. The longest I have went without being contacted by them was three months. I get notices every month again. I have spoken to several people to stop contacting me. Nothing has worked. They have used an entire tree, trying to get me to be a customer. I'm leaving a negative five star.

My differential, rear bearings are bad, and my power steering cooler pump is leaking in a 2012 Jeep Cherokee. I have the Diamond coverage, and it is pay off and active until 2022. I had to call and beg for an Endurance adjuster to come to the dealer to verify the problem. The bearings are making a squealing and growling noise, but the adjuster said he did not hear it. I made a complaint 4 days ago and still waiting for the inspector to send his report to see if they will cover my car repair. I had to wait a month to have my contract sent to me by mail and now also waiting for them to tell *** if they can fix my car. It has been a very bad start with Endurance. All the reviews I've read worry.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a warranty company, even worse than an insurance company! I purchased my vehicle contract from a very enthusiastic sales person on 1/10/2020 for my 2011 *** 535. It was the Secure Plus plan that they offer, and I was advised there is a 1000 mile / 30 day wait period, which is fine since the car was in perfect working order. DON'T DON'T PLEASE DON'T BUY This company is stealing from many customers including myself. Yes they have great customer service and great prices only because thieves are great at smiling in your face and at the same time convincing you to let them steal your hard earn money. They offer these package deal like (Diamond) knowing your claims will be decline, decline and decline again. Just received a letter from them addressed to my Mother who has been dead 16 years come May. Called them and they claim that she owns a vehicle at my address. Don't know where they get their info, but if they cannot get that info correct would not expect much from them.
