This company Endurance Dealer Services or ****** *** **** and/or Endurance Warranty Services has been hounding me since I bought my 2014 Subaru. After 4 years, I finally had my regular home phone disconnected because I was receiving phone calls on a weekly basis. Now, it seems, I've been receiving mailings about every 2 or so weeks. This nothing but a scam and it should be stopped. I'm NOT interested.
I am sending this as a very disappointed consumer and I am contacting as many review organizations as possible to post the following about your company. I purchased an extended warranty policy from Endurance Warranty Car Coverage (2016) and I was assured it was a reliable and honest warranty. I have attempted three times to make use of the coverage for items that are included in the policy but on each occasion, an excuse was made for not paying for the covered repair. I keep getting letters from this company about auto warranties. I have told them many times to stop mailing me letters about warranties. They keep sending them.
Steven ******was very nice and helper and I was able to understand him and if I didn't he was nice and took time to go over with me again until I did and I really truly love that about him.
DO NOT MAKE THE FIRST CALL TO THEM. I kept getting mailers from them and decided to get some info. You will not be allowed off the phone by the pleasant voice on the other side. I should have just hung up after multiple times I told them that I wasn't going to make a decision during that phone call, I just wanted information about the warranty plan. Endurance is the administrator/obligor for several vehicle service contract sellers. Although sometimes Endurance does market and directly sell its own contracts, we have no record of interaction with this consumer.
This company is a big scam!!!! My vehicle has been at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet and GMC for going on 2 weeks now. They faxed over my service records 4 times and I even faxed them myself. After calling them and waiting on hold for 30-45 minutes each time, I was told that they never got the records. Beware of the endurance warranty company and pay attention buyers who will plan to buy. Save your money. This company will lie from every angle to not pay for any claims that are submitted. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS SO LITTLE RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself an enormous favor and do not purchase the warranty protection plan from Endurance Auto Warranty. Over the past 4 weeks, we have received nothing but many ignorant customer service representatives, unanswered phone calls and questions, and absolutely no help regarding our broken vehicle.
