If a large amount is to be paid they will find something not to pay. First, they told me that I did not keep up with the oil change so drove to my dealership for a print out and I emailed it to them. The email shows that I've always been early with my oil changes so they temporarily reversed the denial. Now, they say that I have aftermarket parts on the vehicle which for them is a change of tire from when I had a flat. I live in NY in Westchester County. I get costant phone calls at home and on my cell wanting to sell me their services. I get mail sent from a 92799 postal code (Santa Ana, California) stating that the warranty on my car will expire or may have already expired. The form looks as if it came directly from the car dealer. The form had no easily visible address only this phone number 1 877 334 4872. This place is crooked! Over the phone I was told I would get 30 days to decide if I wanted to cancel the contract. They took my money within 5 days! I had to call 4 times and spoke to 3 different representatives, Scott, Chris and Derrick; all who claimed they would call me back, etc. Never did! Still fighting with this company to get my refund. Do not get a warranty contract with this company.

Lied to me on what would be covered. Refused to send me a potential copy of service contract prior to purchase to review what would be covered and not covered. I asked multiple times about the luxury Electronics package being covered and even paid for the higher package for it to be covered and discovered after I paid and contract was sent to me that one of my vehicle had 6 miles too many* 80,006 And one had 2,150 too many. DONOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY USE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE WORLD TO DENY YOUR CLAIM, EVEN WHEN IT IS LEGIT. THEY SELL YOU A SONG AND DANCE OVER THE PHONE, THEN TELL YOU ANY WEAR AND TEAR CAUSES A DENIAL. Buyer beware. I bought my auto warranty and believe that I had made a good decision. They have great customer service in the sales department the people are very nice and knowledgeable but when you need their help or you need to file a claim that is when the nightmare begins. My car broke down when I sent it in for the 120k service. After having it towed to the third mechanic's shop, the faulty tension was the problem. CAUTION***Deceptive Marking and Sales MICHAEL *********CAUTION Stay away...This company will take your money, and when you need them most. They slow walk, and find reasons for delay, and excuses. They are continuing to debit my account, while not accepting and processing my claim. Absolute ****, ... have a 2014 ****** with a defective CVT transmission that causes excessive wear .... (****** has lost multiple class action lawsuits against them for selling vehicles with this faulty/defective cvt) ..this cars been worked on 3 times in 150k miles, including a TSB software update and a full replacement between 60-70k miles... at 150 it needed its second defective transmission replaced and we were told by endurance it only failed due to wear and tear on a metal belt so they wouldn't cover it....almost all p... read more
