Today, my 92 yrs old mother received a letter from EWS located at 400 Skokie Blvd, ste 105 in Northbrook, IL. In bold letters it stated: "IMMEDIATE RESPOPNSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED" It said: "your factory warranty will expire or may have already expired" and was urged to "act immediately". First brought the warranty in Feb 2018 and my first experience filing a claim was for my wheel bearing they denied my claim stating that in FINE print on the contract wheel bearing is not covered because they considered that not to be suspension. so that was $400 out of my pocket but Endurance still got their monthly payment. The final straw was going out of town from NC to KY and the car breaks down on the highway. Deceptive and Unprofessional They sold me a contract with the total promise and enticement that my car will be totally covered until 2020 or 123,000 miles, but what they didn't discuss on the front end was a key factor that drops the coverage much earlier due to what they call "liability limit" which turns out to take effect much sooner than the mileage or the number of years of the contract terms. I would not recommend Endurance Warranty Business if you want prompt customer service. I am trying to get a refund on a policy I purchased 5/29/18 by credit card over the phone. So far I have none of my money back. I had to wait for snail mail for them to send me their official cancelation letter/form and my refund amount is based on when they receive my reply so after waiting 10 days I finally received their letter and filled it out and had it notarized and sent it certified mail for $11 back to them. I recently called Endurance Warranty to follow up about a claim that I recently had, but I had to wait on hold for 25 minutes! Because I was at work I had to end the call before I even spoke with a representative.

On Wednesday July 18 I spoke with Irene ******* about a question I had concerning our coverage and a claim that was denied. The policy states that air bags are not covered; my understanding is that an airbag is the device that inflates to protect a vehicle's occupant in a crash. We had a "control module" for an air bag that failed. Since it wasn't the air bag itself that needed to be replaced, I was confused as to why the module wasn't covered. They sent misleading letters and scare tactics to try and get you to buy their 3rd party auto warranty. The letter is meant to look like an auto repair bill on your specific vehicle with repairs of almost $13,000. "Call today so you don't have to pay these repairs"

My experience was very deplorable from start to finish. I got so many run around about concern that I have. I will be making filing complaint to the better business.
