I had been pressured into accepting the policy when I called to get a quote. They used tactics such as saying if I called back that my down payment would go up $300 and that my payment plan would go from 24 months to 12 months unless I acted right then. So feeling pressured I signed up and I was told that if I decided to cancel I would have 30 days to get my deposit back. Worse warranty company ever. Purchase a warranty and every time something goes wrong with my vehicle they always find a way to go oh that's not covered oh that's not covered don't bother wasting your money

Endurance warranty company is garbage I been pay for 6 months my truck needed some work they denied my claim because parts have wear and tear so what does the warranty covers nothing it's rip off if you have them cancel them asap

NOT AN HONEST COMPANY.!!!!Sent me on a 10 day ****** **** asking about maintenance records just to find out that on page 4 We're not allowed to do our own maintenance. I tracked down old receipts over the course of 10 days and they even sent out an inspector for some reason just to waste my time. They state on their "ON HOLD" music message that they know how important the customers time is well they could give 2 flying *** about us customers. do not get endurance warranty unless you have money to give away I've had them for a few years now and not once have they ever covered anything on my car all that money I gave them and I still had to come out my pocket whenever I had to fix my car I didn't get not one dime to help fix my car the contract they gave me sucked didn't cover anything the third party which handled my contact sucked and they are very rude I wouldn't recommend anyone getting this warranty

When sold my warranty I was told that it would cover major repairs. We have found out the wording was deceptive in the contract. We were misled in what the warranty would cover. The wording is deliberately in place to not cover legitmate engine repair and we were stuck with a $4,000 engine repair bill in addition to be paying montly for a worthless warranty.

I was informed on December 27, 2016 by **** ****** ****** that I needed a radiator. Endurance warranty, informed me that my warranty was expired by 200 miles. The representative, Art **********, informed me that I stated my miles as 94, 400 on April 2, 2015 at the time of the warranty purchase. He also mentioned, that the representative told me to call back within 30 days to verify the mileage. I was told one thing and they did another. I am going to cancel my warranty with endurance. Having A.C. issues and they will not cover it. I'm going to switch to another company, who will honor their word...stay away from ENDURANCE!!

Endurance are nice and very professional until you call and cancel your warranty...After I gave them my reason, the young man tried so hard to retain my service by following the protocol however I explained that this decision was based on a personal issue well he placed me on hold for about 5 mins and returned by saying "I've cancelled your warranty you will receive a letter in the mail and credit back to your card" I asked if i will receive a confirmation # , "which I received when I requested the warranty", he said No in a... read more
