Got a letter claiming I would be switched to their electric if I didn't opt out.LACK OF RESPONSE IS NOT CONSENT and I honestly can't believe anyone chooses to do business with a company that pulls this kind of ******** gets WORSE!Buried in the fine print of the mailer is another claim, that lack of response equals "consent" to robo-calls!If you have these unscrupulous schemers for your electric, DUMP THEM NOW!

The most unprofessional company. Nothing gets resolved. Been trying to get my solar running since January. Thats 7 months of calling and lies. *** came out yesterday and said it was turned on to find it today that its not. Been getting run around seven whole months. Stay away from them unless you want aggregation.

My current energy supplier, IGS, contacted me regarding a "cancellation request" I put forth as I allegedly cancelled my service with IGS and enrolled with Harbor Energy? I have never consented to that, never even heard of Harbor Energy, and have absolutely no idea how they would have changed the supplier on my account without my consent, prior approval, or knowledge? This is ABSURD.

My account has a credit balace owe to me. They want my bank to provide a bank letterhead stating they will not file a dispute on the credit refund once the check has been cashed by me and cleared. The bank will not draft a letter that is not been legally approved. That is Aes is wanting an affidavits they should provide me a notice with the check. As the cashed check by me is proof of payment with my signature on the back. Aes will not provide one. Why do I have to have my bank provide this letter. Why is a signed check not ... read more

**** ****** price per kwh $0.039 Energy Harbor price per kwh $0.072 + $77 DELIVERY FEE (DELIVERY OF WHAT, THE ELECTRIC I GET FROM ****FOR $8??) Took my **** ******bill and did nothing but double it to line their pockets. Thanks for the great service but I think I'll just pay ****directly instead of letting you criminals charge me double for the same exact service from ****. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY

I received a notice that my electric service had been switched to Energy Harbor without my consent. I called them to find out what was going on, and the person told me "I was part of a sweep", and everyone inside the county was being transferred. I responded that I was not sure that is even a legitimate activity and wanted to know "WHO" authorized and said that is a BS comment that I am sure she was told to tell anyone questioning the activity. THIS IS MY THIRD YEAR WITH ENERGY HARBOR ALL HAS BEEN ABOVE BOARD SO FAR NO COMPLANTS..AND WHEN YOUR CONTRACT IS RUNING OUT YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY ENERGY HARBOR.,SEVERAL TIMES EATHER TO RENEW OR LEAVE.
