I've had a great experience with Energy Harbor so far! I got a letter saying that my town was switching over to Energy Harbor, which I was confused about. When I called Energy Harbor for an explanation, their customer service did an amazing job explaining the government aggregation program! Basically, my city decided to work with Energy Harbor to help us everyone that lives there get a better deal with our utilities. Based on their customer service, I very much feel secure with my town switching over to Energy Harbor.
I selected Energy Harbor as my alternative energy supplier. I was with their former company, First Energy Solutions, prior to the name change. I haven't experienced any issues with either of them and I highly recommend their company, as an alternative energy supplier. I canceled with Energy Harbor in January, and it is now May, and this has not been resolved. I talked to them via phone on January 10th, 2025, and cancelled their service. My cancellation confirmation number is ********. I tried to talk to them twice today (May 15, 2025), and I was disconnected as soon as the issue of not calling was brought up.
