Nicholas Bartosch was on time, professional, polite and efficient - cannot ask for anything more. He completed the job in a timely manner. He checked the inverter and found it was not working properly. Fan was not working at all, unit was very hot. He turned it off because it could be a fire hazard and advised me to contact Sunrun.
