Great first contact both on the phone and in the field. As I am truly awful with names, please excuse me for not using the first person's name I spoke with in the office... He was GREAT, put me at ease and set up the appointment quickly. I'd tried to call LG as it is their system entirely. Finally gave up and re researched and came up with Solar Aid!
