The appointment was easy to set up. Nicholas, the technician, arrived within a few minutes of the start of the appointment window. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my particular solar system to me. It was a good first experience with EnergyAid.
The service tech was cordial, got right to work, contacted the manufacturer to discover I was still under warranty, procured an updated part, and thoroughly checked the inverter.
It was fast & everything works
Erik arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, charged what he said he would, cleaned up and left. Perfect. You can't ask for more than that.
The person was very professional and polite and answered all questions clearly and succinctly. If you need solr checkup, I strongly recommend them.
Mani was polite and answered all my questions and went thru the next steps for the installation after report is reviewed
Erik came back for follow on installation. My wife was home, but she said it was very good service. The work was done quickly, and very professionally. This was our second (of two) very positive appointments with EnergyAid.
Good they finished install and someone needs to return to pickup old solar equipment
