“Poor Return Policy” I will never purchase from this company again. It cost me more to return items than it did to purchase them. Not only did I pay to return the items, that charged me the totems that I returned. This is ridiculous!

“DIdn't get what I paid for” Ordered 20 items, they shipped 19. No resolution as 3 weeks later. Claimed it was a suppliers fault (even though they took the order).

“Cheap prices, horrible customer service and delivery times” Ordered on 07/30/18 and still today haven't received my order and it hasn't shipped! I was going to recommend to other people as well as football team for team orders but after speaking with Bryant won't be shopping here again! He was rude and was telling me how i placed my order but it wasn't true. After I told him he was rude, he then told me that he didn't want to talk to me anymore because i told him he was being rude. “Horrible” Horrible - There were some items in my chart that was delaying my delivery. I called customer service to ask if an item was available sooner. The representatives told me to open my order up on a different device and that my other items would not be lost. WRONG ANSWER - I spent over an 1 hour shopping your site I had 19 items in my cart. I was only able to purchase the 4 items I needed sooner. The other items were lost ... and I did not have another 1 hour to go back and try to reorder them. Very disappointing.

“Lost items in cart” Lost items in cart - talked to representative need some items quicker than others - was told to log in on a different device and remove the items preventing to get my order faster. Some items had a longer delivery date. The representative told me my items would be saved on my other device but when I placed my order my items were no longer available on the other device - my cart was empty !! “Epic Sports seemed like a great deal” Epic Sports seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, when I received my order it was incorrect. I was supposed to receive a black champion mesh short, but they mistakenly sent me blue instead. I noticed that the size large I ordered was way too big, so I thought no big deal I'll just call them. “Customer service” Purchased 34 sweatshirts for my league banquet and only received 16 in 1 box and 1 UPS tracking number. The box was labeled box 2 of 2 but UPS label said 1 of 1. When I contacted EPIC they said they would review the warehouse cameras and see what happened. They contacted me and said only 1 box left and I was responsible for finding out how many boxes UPS took from the EPIC warehouse. I argued the point that went up to a manager named Bryant. “Terrible Customer Service” Our youth football team ordered Red Jerseys, but that isn't what we got. We were shipped a completely different color. When our team mom reached out to epic sports.com she was basicly told even though it was there error, she would need to pay a restocking fee and shipping to get them returned. That is absolutely ridiculous, why should the parents or the team mom have to pay more for a mistake that way made in the warehouse? Defiently not my idea of "White Glove " Customer service.
