“Poor customer service/ return policy” Our football team was sent the wrong color practice jerseys by this awful company. They sent us burgundy jerseys, instead of red. To make matters worse, these practice jerseys were for our mega scrimmage that the boys are having. With the error being on their end, this awful company had the audacity to tell our team mom that she has to pay the shipping to return the incorrect jerseys, as well as a 20% restocking fee!!!!! “Slow shipment” This is my first order from epic sports. More than 10 days after I placed order, there's no tracking info yet. I tried calling, out of office hour. I left message.

“Taking over 20 days to get an order.” Order does not take 3-5 days as per their website. When the order did not have a shipping tracking # the day before order was to arrive, I contacted them, and they informed me that they were waiting on a shipment from their supplier. I asked why I was not informed sooner and got no response. Terrible customer service, good prices, but having to wait almost a month to receive and order that should have been received in less than 10 days....

“They are terrible and misleading” This company is complete fraud. They sell items without disclosing their return policy, charge you an arm and a leg for shipping which when combined with their restocking fees that they dont disclose result in customers loosing their entire monetary value of the purchase!!!

“Epic Sports Customer Service is absolutely horrible!” It's taking over 4 weeks to get my order and they don't care! They were supposed to ship my order in 2 weeks. Rachel is a complete idiot with no mind for business at all. So now the reputation of my league is on the line and they refuse to take ownership of their incompetent internal logistics. Do not order from these guys. You'll save yourself a tremendous amount of aggravation!

“Worst Customer Service” STAY AWAY! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They sent me the wrong hats and when I emailed them they told me the hat they sent was navy and not black. The hat is 100% black so I sent them pictures. I was told after review they have concluded that it is indeed navy blue. If I wanted to return the item, I would have to pay for that and also pay a restocking fee. “Arrogant” I'm a first time customer and immediately that was a problem for Epic's people. A lot of trouble could have been saved if that was declared up front. Then it was the shipping address, can't ship to a trans-shipper. Amazon, E-Bay ship to trans-shippers. Never mind that my google search of the shipping address contradicted their version; it is an apartment building. “Almost criminal!” I ordered jerseys and paid for expedited printing and shipping. I monitored the ETA in my account which never changed. The ETA date came and went so I gave them a call. I was a bit nervous as I needed those for a tournament coming up a few days later. They told me that the items hadn't yet shipped because they had to get new ones from supplier. “Horrible customer service BUYER BE WARE!” You would think that after spending over $2,500 with them in a months time, you might get better customer service. I called to get a return authorization and was told they would send it to me. I was under the impression it would be sent to me with my new purchase.
