“Sizing is not at all accurate” I ordered 24 of these shirts. They were tagged Ladies, small, large etc. My tiniest cheerleader could barely fit in the Ladies Large. These do run very very small and they truly are labeled incorrectly. Only buy them if you have youth sizes like for 12 years and younger.
“Basketball Score books” Received my order of two basketball scoring books. They were exactly what I ordered. Delivery was very slow and it took almost two weeks from the order to get mine fulfilled. Disappointed in the slow delivery on something that I would have expected in 2-3 days took two (2) weeks!
“Website is not good, the original helmet I ordered...” Website is not good, the original helmet I ordered didn’t have a face mask and now it will take to June 19th to get this facemask? This is ridiculous.
“Dirty Products and Horrible Customer Service” I ordered some items that were delivered with stains on them. I emailed, called and sent pics with no follow up after 2 week. The manager, Christina told me I needed to wash the items, then send pics. After doing so, I had to send MORE pics after I cut up the stained items proving that I would never be able to wear them. I will never do business with them again.
“Kristi ruined my day” So I received a size medium instead of the small that I ordered. No big deal except that I needed the correct size expedited as I was leaving for vacation. “Bad customer service” I received one less item than I ordered. I also received 8 items of the wrong colors. I only ordered 22 items in total. I called to rectify the situation needing them to overnight and correct their mistake. Nope. They offered nothing. I had to take pictures of their screw up of 8 items. I had to email the pictures. “Don't buy from this company” The order was filled wrong, I ordered XL and they sent me XL in big and tall and came as EG/TG. These shorts also were poorly made, the elastic is not anything like the original Russels that I previously bought. On top of that, they charged me a restocking fee and I also had to pay shipping both ways. So I paid $33.00 to try them on and send them back. Never again!
