“Love the product, but...” Love the product, but I had to call and be put on hold for 45 minutes 3 times to confirm my shipping address!! And then they did not have the amount of soccer balls that I ordered! The price was incredible, the process was just painful.
“Baseball Jersey's, Uniforms, Hats, Belts” I buy baseball equipment for my 10U and JH Baseball teams and order from all major online retailers. I would say that unless you know for 100% certain how the item fits each/your player. I would NOT order from EPIC SPORTS. Their return process costs too much money and their return policy is terrible.
“You are too slow for me!” I will only order from this company if I can't find what I want anywhere else! I want my vendors to ship with 24 hours. That certainly doesn't happen here and you insist I write at least a 100 letters. That is just plain dumb!
“Won't order from here again.” Shirt sizes are way off. Shipping and return costs are ridiculous so I'm stuck with a lot of money sunk into shirts that won't work.
“Never order from this place” Order from Amazon instead if you can find similar items. You can't return items without paying for shipping and a restocking fee with EpicSports. I ended up spending about $35 between return shipping and restocking because the sizes of jersey's they sent me were about 2 sizes to small from what there sizing chart says. What a waste of time and money. Never again. Epics sizing chart is way off. I was stuck eating the cost. Epic Failure.
“Dirty Socks” Received the merchandise dirty, tried to exchange they said I had to wash the merchandise myself. I will never purchase from this company or ever recommend anyone to purchase from them.
“Pretty terrible service. Ok product.” Their shipping costs an arm and a leg and their return process isn't fast or cost effective. A $20 jersey costs $70 and when returned, I recieved a $17 refund. Had I known, I would have just kept the jersey.
“Over Priced” there is no wholesale price and if there is is too high.. too much money I only bought from Epic Sports Because the customer insisted on it..
“Customer service is the worst.” The post office lost the inside of my package and I was told I would have to buy another one until they got the information from the post office and until they processed the claim. They didnt care that the party was soon. They sounds mad at me for calling in. Terrible experience.
