“Pants were too small” Pants were too small. Had to ship them back and having to pay for that and re-stock fee it almost cost me more than paying for the pants alone. I will not be using your services again!!!

“I had a coupon code TW161220FS for 25% off my order,...” I had a coupon code TW161220FS for 25% off my order, and never saw a spot to input it. I also saw a 15% off and I found no where to input these discounts. I went in thru the coupon sites, I logged out, I tried multiple attempts to enter my coupon. My other team just ordered 10 backpacks from you so I know we have purchased a lot in the past month!
“Product took very long to ship and arrived to me covered...” Product took very long to ship and arrived to me covered in dirt. I communicated several times with customer service but they were unwilling to help me. Will not do business with this company again.
“still waiting” I ordered shirts for my track team and am still waiting on them 4 weeks later. Our season is over and our customer service rep, Mitch, does not seem to care that they have upset customers. He will not answer or return our calls and will only respond with vague emails. I give them one star because I can't go any lower. I will never order from them again.
“Service” Every other company sends confirmation upon delivery except you! They came and the fit is miserable, neck chokes and body too tight! Other brands same size fit perfect! Not happy!
“They Screw You on Shipping” The selection and pricing appear to be good until you get to check out. That's where they get you. They offer 'standard' shipping at about $20 but they tell you delivery will be 3-4 weeks. That's not standard, that's like ordering from China. Then you can jump up the $50 3-day shipping that is still 2 weeks out. It's like they don't understand if you pay for 3 day shipping you expect it to be delivered like in 3 days. “Rude and unhelpful Customer Service and Very Long wait Times for mechandise” 4 weeks for two jerseys = ridiculous. Called a week ahead of the ETA date to check status. Was told the package would be on time of ETA date. Called on Day of ETA and was told things out of their control caused a delay. The only thing out of their control is the parcel service used.
