“Order the largest size everything except bras” All of the clothing are really small. If your person normally wears a size large order a 3x. Don't order clearance items, mine were missed labeled, I bought b cup bras ended up with D cups and was told that there was no way it could have been mislabeled and now will have to give them away along with the kid sized clothing. Great prices, sizes seem to be off. Customer service sucks too!
“Product too big” First time ordering from u guys n everything wasn't rite I brought either too small or too big I'm disgusted with this order
“Football Gear” Shipped in random boxes, and came on different days. You pay for 3 day shipping and it took over a week and a half to receive.
“Shipping” Communication was bad when I had a question and 3 of my hats didn't ship. Was honestly a pain in the a** to shop here.
“Return Policy is disappointing” I had to order Pink softball pants for my daughter to wear in an upcoming tournament.She had never worn this brand before, so I compared the sizing chart of the pants that fit her well to the sizing chart on epic sports website. Of course her waist size fell in between two sizes, so I had to order both sizes. Unfortunately, both sizes are too big, and we do not have time to order another size. “Wish I could preview my order!” The hat itself is beyond awesome! I love the style and the colors!!! But I do not like the font, or how they spaced the letters so far apart. I feel like I should have seen a preview of what I wanted because I just spent a lot of money, and I personally will not wear the hat now. I know that you can not return the order because it is personalized. But I think the website should offer to fix the problem. If they did, they would get a lot more business. Fix the problem. Make people happy.
“Costly returning policy.” My order came quickly, but when I looked at their web site unable to get to there return policy. And if I found out then how costly it was I would never have ordered.It cost me 16 dollars to return it and then charged me two separate fees on each blouse costing another 24 dollars, so 40 dollars off a 83 dollar order,so my advice don't order from them. You are not saving money if you have to return.
“VERY DISAPPOINTED” VERY disappointed with the customer service my past two experiences using epic sports. Last order came 4weeks late and now current order is a week behind delivery date.
