“They messed up!” Kiley Rowe My daughter turns 4 in May and as an early birthday present, her 7 year old sister wanted to buy her soccer gear for her classes that start on SATURDAY APRIL 7th. “What stock?” Dont believe their "in stock" status. Over $1000.00 order for a youth league and nothing but troubles. Now our kids may not have jerseys in time for opening day. Have to order somewhere else. Will never use again

“A waste of money!” I received order. It was to small. So I called to get a return authorization. The customer service rep advise me that the product was on clearance so it would cost me more to return it than what I paid for it. They didn't have another size. So basically I had no options and no solution to the problem.

“Beware of this Company - SCAM Artists” Rated Epic Sports a "one star" because zero stars wasn't an option. I placed an order. Received the wrong product. When I contacted them, I was asked to send the product I received to the person who ordered it and they would send me my product, which they received. Very unorthodox and unprofessional way to correct their mistake. I did as asked, but have never received my product. BEWARE... if you order a product from EPIC Sports, you may never receive it.

“Horrible experience horrendous customer service.” placed an oder with epic sports my item was placed on back order so I asked for a refund. I was sent an email stating i would be be getting my refund well i never got it. I made numerous calls sent email after email no one would return my call or email until I said my Attorney was going to get involved. “Epic fail” I paid extra to ensure that I got my jersey by a certain date. Order confirmation from Epic and emails from Epic said that it would arrive, for sure, by Friday 3/23. They shipped it on 3/23, so I did not have my jersey for that weekend's games. I emailed and asked about it and got no response. The only thing Epic about them is the fail.

“Return Policy is Hot Garbage” I ordered shorts from Epic sports, they were returned because the inseams on them were irregular and completely mislisted on the size charts on their site. Any product you return to epic sports you will not receive the full amount back for what you paid for it- Regardless if the items are defective/damaged or simply are not the right size and do not fit, their return policy is complete nonsense. Epic sports will keep half your money and claim it as quote on quote a restocking fee. This is bull$... read more

“Never USE this company” Ordered a rubber motorcycle mat. It took over a month to finally get it. Every time I checked on the status it would keep being pushed back a day. Emailed customer service and didnt get a reply for a week and ONLY after I threatened legal action. Attempted to call and the hold time was 72 minutes each time I called. I left a voice message and NEVER got a response. The company would not allow me to cancel my order. STAY AWAY!
