“Delivery time” Delivery time was slow espicily for what I paid in shipping cost.i had three different orders that totaled almost 2000. I paid over 150 for shipping and the deliveries were spread over 3 and 1/2 weeks. When I called several times about the orders I was put on a call back list and was never called. When you call about your order you have to wait over an hour to talk to someone.
“Shipping is absurd” I hesitantly placed my order on 3/5 with an expected delivery of 3/20. Only today 3/23 am I receiving a notice saying my order has finally shipped. Not acceptable in this day and age. It shouldn't take a company 15 business days (assuming Mon-Fri only) to ship out an item. Now I have to wait and see if I even receive the right products!
“I didn't receive yet my order” Women's jersey and I need it as soon as possible coz our league is soon,please give a date when can I receive the item
“Adult Pinny sizes are a joke!!” Had to order Pinnies for an adult league at the last minute so I ordered from EpicSports. They show one size fits all "Adult" size pinnies. Had them printed to our leage. When I recieved them, could barely squeeze into one. Now I have a whole bunch of non-returnable pinnies for my soccer league. Called my customer service rep Sandy (Useless) who would not help but rather transferred me to a 60 minute wait call center. they told me they could do nothing and offered nothing to to ease the pain.... read more
“Products are good - customer service is horrible as others have said” The products are great, shipped weirdly in a lot of different packages that slowly arrived over a month but good quality. The customer service is terrible however - I keep getting contradictory emails. They say that a "you're too late to return your items" email is their auto-reply so that gives you an idea of their policy. “Not so EPIC” Horrible customer service. Cody the manager is not out to be a problem solver, just a problem. I ordered an item for a gift and after some issues with trying to get tracking info and the questionable rules between Easton and Epic sports-a long trail of emails back and forth between Cody and my family ensued. He was everything but a help, and in-fact quite combative. Will never do business here again and will spread the word on the poor treatment. Grade F-
“service after the sale” ordering was fine, received timely, knee pads were too small, spent three days trying to get return authorization. Hour wait on phone, says it will call you back at your same place in line........still waiting.
