“Bad Experience” Returned a pair of youth baseball pants because they were to small though the pants said they were youth xlarge which ordered when i recieved the pants they were more like a youth small. Sent them back had to pay postage again . Epic Sports refused my refund said a tag was missing , everything that was sent to me was sent back yet they refused my refund and said they were sending the pants back which i have no use for cause of the size, so beware of buying at this place, you could get ripped off like i did.
“Worst Customer Service. Avoid if possible.” I don't know why you would ever order from them unless no one else sold the product. Amazon or a sports store like $#*!s bends over backwards with customer service. This place has zero. If they are the only place that has your product, your stuck. If other places have it, use them!
“Not happy with shipping” I paid extra to get the items at least three days earlier and they arrived on the date that was marked for the cheaper shipping. 14 days to ship the items.
“The Worst experience ever !” For $54.18 this company put a hold on the order until they were able to verify who I was, siting fraud protection. And after I gave the information all over again, the customer service agent still had additional questions. Save your time and money and shop somewhere where you will be appreciated like Amazon or Ebay !
“Took almost a whole week to not get order processed!” I ordered some t-shirts, different colors, same manufacturer, online on Sunday. By Thursday I canceled the order because it took them that long to figure out that they didn't have the colors I ordered. I got called EVERY DAY for four days just to find out that it wasn't going to happen.You either know that you have product or you don't. It was disappointing. I'm on a deadline, so I ordered similar items from another company. I truly hope I get the shirts on time!!! :o(
“0 Im not a fan of waitn 2 weeks just for the order to be shipped out.” Order 2 weeks ago and it wont be shipped till nxt week. Last order I place.My 1st order was flawless. 2nd one just shoildnt take this long.
“Fast but gym shorts are lame.” Gym shorts have no pockets!!! Who makes shorts without pockets FFS! No where on the website says these gym shorts have no pockets. So lame.
“Shipping is a joke!” Not only did it take from April 24 till May 9th, the shipping cost was almost as much as the purchase price. Haven't they ever heard of one price shipping boxes?
“Ordering system and customer server needs work” As a first time customer I ordered 5 items. Items were listed as available and ordering was easy. Four days later I get a call and email that one of theitems is no longer in stock. I express my displeasure at the time (4days) it has taken to notify me. I get a "sorry, that's our system". So I say go ahead and ship the order but I need to change the size of one item because a review mentions they run small.
