Not Designed for Hospo, Keeps Freezing, Limited Functions This system has NOT been designed for use in hospitality. It is a retail system that they try to sell on to restaurants and cafes, so has limited functionality. It is so bad that even though I’m still paying for eposnow, I have purchased another system. It freezes regularly. The system is also unable to perform the most basic of functions, which means errors (and big disruptions to service) are guaranteed to occur in your venue if you use this system. Worst possible thing This is the worst possible os for restaurant. I am having so many issues and customer care has no clue of the issues. Their are huge discrepancies in payments and ithe system hangs up so frequently. Please don't buy this one. I am locked up for one year or have to pay up additional $900 apart from the initial 2k. Please don't fall prey to this company.

Poor customer support All started ok, but the transaction fees turned out to be very high and when we wanted to change the card machine we were not able to do so. Poor support in Australia when the system goes down. We waited our 1 year contract and tried to cancel. Returned the machine and continue to struggle to get our money refunded. 9Since June 2024), Debit order continues to go through every month as the bank refuse to stop this. Avoid using system I closed my restaurant and i tried to cancel my EPOS System when I emailed their staff they sent me an email asking me to contact them. Then when I contacted them their staff said they should not solve problems. After that I tried to log in to my online account on EPOS system I figured out I must pay 755.70 for the cancellation for the Sofware license which they said was monthly bills and the countertop system Which I already paid in advance when I started my business. Please don't use Epos Now for your business During dealings with the company, I experience a lot of dishonesty, deceit and an absolute lack of customer care, causing me a lot of stress on top of my current business dealings. I was overcharged and lied to regarding a card reader that I obtained with the promise of a 1 fully free year use, only to be charged for the product upon receiving it. EPOS NOW IS A WORST SOFTWARE WITH NO SUPPORT This is one of the worst software I have used for my new Grocery Shop. They even do not know about their own software, Whenever I scan any product, it brings 3 different products and I logged a call with the support team, they admit that this is their software problem but they have no resolution to this. Steer Clear Their system charges surcharges on cash transactions. Their system charges random surcharge amounts on different transactions. Their system crashes the same time everyday, with any EFTPOS transactions prior to the crash being ommitted from the EOD reports. This company needs to be looked at by ASIC or someone. Then trying to get a hold of someone at a decent time is impossible. Trying to cancel is a nightmare, everything is a no reply email with nothing happening after you follow their prompts. Pathetic service Worst service I ever been come too Mis guided mis leading information Just to sale there product Make sure with them about agreement for how many years we are going with them. They are saying 1 year but the picture is different I wish I will give 0 rating

Harassment with regards to eftpos charging. Great to deal with on the purchase of my epos system. Terrible to deal with in regards to the eftpos system. Will not call the customer when he/she has a problem.
