Epos are thieves. Do not use them Terrible, untrustworthy, missing money, donor use epos now. Since I started with them 3 weeks ago I have noticed there is a vast difference in the amounts the previous vendor was making daily compared to what I am making. Worst Experience Worst pos system. Do not use it ever. We cancelled the account and received the confirmation saying account is closed but they are continuing with the payment deduction. Worst customer service experience ever. No one replies to email as well. Have to wait long for the phone suport.

Scammed Totally scammed company. They are forcing to give them all money even if I cancel the till and software in 4th day I order. The customer service said you can have it as it purchased which is scammed. I told them it can be return if I return it in 14 days still they so no this and that. The worst point of sale system ever The service is slow, it cannot be configured (as suggested) for your specific business, it doesn’t connect yo your WiFi network, the sales team don’t actually know what they’re selling and make empty promises, that only lead to disappointment when it can’t be implemented, support is non existent, implementation managers book a time to train you in the system, but don’t call up at the time specified (that happened 7 times) do not waste your time and money, on this product, I’m still arguein... read more
