Perfect for Our Restaurant My experience with Epos Now to date has been exceptional! and we have been with them for 8 months. The whole system is great for us, and the customer service has been fantastic each time I have dealt with them. I recommend them.

have been trying to obtain a refund. no communication. be wary and research. best decision i made was not going ahead with them rather staying with square

If I could give a minus score I would, we have never encounted this kind of customer service from any organisation in our lifetime which stretches over 25yrs, after initially signing up were everything seemed to be of good order & sound things went south pretty quick, their customer service on enquires regarding the system was never adhered to & trying to get a response proved a challenge, if you are not tech savage & need assistance on issues you may be facing good luck, as they say I hope you are not in a hurry for your co... read more

Started with EposNow in November 2023. System has always been slow and clunky. Updates made without advising the content. Very poor customer service. Online chat doesn't function. Wasted hours over the time of use. And then they created an update which removed held orders at the end of each day. Held orders are an absolute necessity for us - our customers dont often pick up their goods for numbers of days. Was told that was how the system worked now and we would have to handle orders through back office which was unworkable.... read more
