I’m extremely disappointed with Epos Now AU. The system is very slow and laggy, making it frustrating to use in a busy retail environment. It’s also not user-friendly at all, which makes even simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. I haven’t even been able to use it for a full day in my shop, yet I’m already being charged monthly. What’s worse is the lack of support when trying to cancel — instead of helping, they are insisting on charging the full amount for a yearly subscription. Been a customer for 3 years. No contract and in order to cancel, have billed me for over and close to $2000. The worst Company to deal with let and average software. Invidently Claim I signed another contract, yet haven't produced one as such and CANNOT cancel as I will be billed for $2000.

My experience with Epos Now has been extremely frustrating and damaging to my business. I operate a busy hospitality venue and a POS system is the most critical piece of infrastructure during service. Unfortunately, the system has repeatedly become slow, unresponsive and completely frozen during card transactions, especially during peak service hours. They're scammers do not purchase this at all!! Not a real business just a bunch of uk scammers that don't have any place being in Australia. We're currently going through fair trading over them literally refusing to cancel the contract yet also refusing to answer any training calls or questions - but never fail to try direct debit all the time.

They are as deceptive as it comes. Tried to sign me up with some limited time offer on Saturday. Told me about some charges on Monday. I investigate further and tell them no deal on Tuesday and they want to invoice me. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont trust them. Look at the other reviews. I asked them about it...they tell me to go to " trust pilot " we all know that is gamed.

From my experience, I would say that a thief is more reliable than EPOSnow. These business should not even exist. It does not meet the minimum standard - technically, morally, ethically. NONE of that. I made the mistake of trusting them when I try to assist my partner to set up a payment system, and it did not take too long to learn how stupid I was. Very very poor service Stay away use square instead I had to cancel this service as it cost me customers and the systems did not work. I was promised a whole lot by david when we signed up and epos did not keep to their promises and a year later they have deducted yet another payment and to get in touch with customer service has been next to impossible. Most unprofessional and unfortunately will be going legal as they keep deducting fees a year later out of my account.

Would not reccomend Nothing but issues. Sell you the dream, starts off great. I had a good setup customer service agent. However once they pass you on, nothing but issues and takes forever to resolve. Takes ages to get to talk to a human, then they tell you to call a number that does not work!! Wait days for payments, they continue to keep holding. Honestly dont waste your time or money
