Waste of money. Buy something else This system is not what you are told. We have massive problems with all parts of this set up. From tills not opening to no printing out in kitchen when we have spent 1000s on up dating wifi. Also the backup is poor , for the money we spent it’s Rubbish buy elsewere. Not worth 1 star

The worst company I've ever dealt with! Bottom line - run away as fast as you can. Eposnow is THE worse company I've ever dealt with by a significant margin. You think Telco's are hard to deal with, try and get support from these guys! After purchasing the product and buying two tills (cost of over $1200 NZD), the communication from the sales rep and my 'allocated' technical support person vanished completely. Unethical, dishonest, devious, and immoral business DO NOT SIGN UP. You are virtually forced to take legal action against this company to try and recoup the thousands of dollars they end up fraudulently costing your business. Once they have your credit card number, they will continue to charge you under different codes - you cannot get rid of them. They should be run out of business by consumer affairs. The Worst Customer Service & Average Pos System At Best... I signed up with Epos Now in early 2020. Sales customer service was exceptional and wonderful, after i purchased, any support took atleast 45mins to over an hour to have a support person answer at the other end.. Half the time, they would tell me they aren't trained in that area and they would have someone contact me - usually taking up to a week to phone me back. SCAM….SCAM…SCAM The whole thing was such a scam. They were very enthusiastic to get you signed up, then left you hanging as soon as you paid them. All the technical support were such a joke. They didn’t know what they were talking about. And I didn’t know that I have 36 months contact for the thing that I couldn’t even use. Now they want me to pay $1000 for early termination fee.
