Their POS system is functionless (uni directional). Designed in a away to get more money from hardware. Market place people are selling after couple of months. GO WITH ANYTHING ELSE, BUT EPOSNOW.
Avoid their card payment system Whilst they clearly say next day payment with an example of payment being made on a Saturday this is False. Payment is only made on business days which means you don't get for Friday, Saturday or Sunday until Monday evening.
Account overcharged This company has started charging me fees that were not in my original contract with them. I have sent numerous emails to sort this out but I am not getting a reply. Also tried calling but cannot get to speak to a person. It's been very frustrating and don't recommend you give them your credit card details.
Scammers They will overcharge you without notice. Avoid at all costs. definitely scamming

Horrible people and horrible services This company based on lies and misinformation, I clearly asked sales team if it’s compatible with MacOS and he said yes , after I paid for subscription support team said no . So fair thing it’s refund money which I spend $834.9 , they never did and shows arrogant behaviour. First they needs to train their sales team and then sale product, customer service horrible and never recommend anyone

Not fit for purpose Have tried to implement this system for 2 years with lousy incompetent support services have cancelled service 2 months ago to only continue to have monthly fees withdrawn from my bank account. Rang multiple times about it with no action. This system has cost me in lost time and money (Wages) approx $7000.00 over the last two years of trying to implement this EPOS now system all of wich is documented. Pathetic Fraud No Customer Support at all Warning!! No one buy this system. Its totally fraudulent. I have tried calling them to there customer service as the sales rep promised me before siging the contract the team will create the menu for me i just need to provide them with the menu. Very bad customer services Be careful guys they're very bad , not recommended at all , a lot of bugs in the system, they don't care about you after you pay the money, there's a lot of hidden fees and u can't do much because you stuck in the contract
