Worst company I have ever dealt with Sold my business and new owner signed up and took over the system in May it is now end of Sept and after hours and hours on the phone they are still attempting to withdraw $$ from my bank account.No communication between departments recieved email to say support case has been marked as closed but still attempting daily to debit my account. Steer clear of this company not worth the headache.

Signed up for an equiry Signed up for an enquiry. Totally not interested now and they keep on calling me from different numbers. I can tell you that they are persistent and just don't seem to get the hint that I am just NOT INTERESTED.

Worst Company to Ever Exist. 1. Their bigcommerce plugin wiped our shop of all products and images without informing me of what is going to happen. 2. They will charge you more money if you do not use the system and hide this in their terms of agreement.

AVOID AT ANY COST. EVEN IF THEY GIVE FREE TERMINALS Got damaged terminal and Still paying for total care plan for almost 2 months, and no response from them. Their POS system is functionless (uni directional). Designed in a away to get more money from hardware. Market place people are selling after couple of months. GO WITH ANYTHING ELSE, BUT EPOSNOW.
Avoid their card payment system Whilst they clearly say next day payment with an example of payment being made on a Saturday this is False. Payment is only made on business days which means you don't get for Friday, Saturday or Sunday until Monday evening.
