Very affectionate. Stayed at it till there work was completed. Very sufficient on clean up swept over everything 5 to 6 times to insure everything was cleaned up. Very happy with there work. Thank you ??

Complete tear off and replacement. It was done fairly quickly. Overall satisfied with a couple complaints of which I'll share one.The installers threw away 3 bundles of shingles I found and removed from the dumpster. At the price of over $30,000.00 one would think they (subcontractors) would ask the home owner if they would like to keep them, which they didn't.However, they did a fabulous job as I can tell. This is one of the most professional contractors I have worked with in years. They did an fantastic job on my roof. They kept everything picked up and at the end of the day, they made sure there was not one nail on the ground. The roof looks beautiful and the building inspector told the job was perfect. Highly recommend.

Erie Home has a superior underlayment so I selected them to do my roof. The coordination among the sales rep, the lender and project manager was seamless.
