The Erie team was very professional, personable and efficient throughout the end-to-end process! The sales team was on time and answered all my questions as well they had a financial option that met my needs! The appointment to install the new roof was scheduled quickly and the roof was installed in 1 day! The installers were very good at protecting the decks and property during the installation and they cleaned up very effectively! I’m very pleased and will highly recommend them to others!
They were very friendly and professional. The roofing contractors got the roof done in 1 day! However, I had to reach out several times for assistance with my HOA application for the new roof as well as a form I needed for my insurance. They did end up getting it done, but I had to keep calling. Overall it was a good experience.
